Training, Excellent Support, Double Pay on Bank Holiday

This role largely focuses on the day-to-day supervision of our Care Professional's to ensure that they are competent and supported to fulfill their role as a Care Professional to the best of their abilities, and meet their Client’s needs. You will be looking out for any areas where more training or support is required, and then will be responsible for making sure this is carried out. You will be implementing this supervision through a mixture of both support visits, whilst Care Professional’s are at Clients houses, and also through auditing Care Professional’s activity logs.
In addition to this you will be having weekly phone contact with all new Care Professional’s for the first 12 weeks of their employment, this is what is known as our ‘buddy’ system, and the purpose is to ensure Care Professional’s are happy and supported, and to highlight any issues or concerns they may have.
The other part of your role will be to have regular contact with Clients, ensuring they are happy with the service we are providing, and again making sure any issues are correctly raised through the office team.
This role would suit an individual who is naturally caring, passionate about great care and conscientious. Full training will be provided.
Minimum 1 year CAREGiving experience
