Partnering with the Alzheimers Society brings Home Instead the specialist knowledge and skills necessary to support and plan care for people living with dementia.
Why is this partnership important?
The course, Champions in Dementia Care, aligns to Tier 2 & 3 of Health Education England’s Dementia Training Standards Framework and comprises of two virtual training days and completion of four online modules.
The course allows learners to build on existing knowledge of dementia and further equip them with skills to overcome barriers and meaningfully connect with clients and plan and review care effectively.
