What happens when I call you?

When you’re looking for care for a loved one, it’s easy to feel like you’ve got nowhere to turn. Our first job is to listen to you about what you’re experiencing and what you want for the ageing loved one in your life. From there, we can help put together the right package of care for you and your family.

Any member of our experienced and dedicated team can talk to you about the services we offer that will provide the care and support you are looking for.

We will gather some details from you about the person who is looking for home care, and arrange a good time for us to visit and carry out a full Care Consultation with you, your relative(s), and anyone else who is important, such as advocates or friends.

The initial chat gives us the chance to walk you through our care options, get some initial details, and give you questions to think about. This means that when we visit for your Care Consultation, we can focus on the right topics and provide the information that will be the most useful. Our support is not generic, or straight out of the box – it’s tailored to you.
