Our Care Professionals are the best of the best. During our selection process, we look for people who have similar interests so we can find the right person to support you.

Matching

During your initial Care Consultation, we’ll meet at your home and talk through your life history and background, interests and hobbies, daily routine, preferences, and needs.

This enables us to select the best Care Professionals to support you. Our Care Professionals are as varied as you are, with a range of interests, hobbies, and personalities.

Using the knowledge from your initial Care Consultation, we can pair you with a Care Professional who not only is the best choice for supporting your healthcare needs, but who you can connect with on a personal level.

Feeling comfortable in your own home means knowing and trusting those who come into it. Building strong and valuable relationships is important to us, and shared interests is a good way to build a rapport that can help put you at ease.

Our Care Professionals are so much more than just healthcare providers – they are consistent and friendly faces, who truly believe in what we do and are dedicated to providing you with first-rate support and care.

Introductions

A Care Pro is always introduced to you before the care service begins, to ensure they are compatible and are the right fit for your home care.

This introduction will be carried out by a senior member of our team, who will arrange to visit you with your new Care Professionals, and give you time to get to know one another.

The introduction is just that – this is the first time you are meeting the Care Professionals, so they will not be providing any care during this session. It is important that you meet them first, so you can feel comfortable and trust them when they start providing care within your home.
