Based on their findings, the CQC assigns a rating to the healthcare provider. CQC ratings are a way for the CQC to assess and communicate the quality of care provided by healthcare organizations and other healthcare services, such as Home Instead. These ratings help individuals make informed decisions about their healthcare providers and also serve as a means of holding healthcare organizations accountable for the quality of care they deliver.
