  • Susan opened the Salford office in 2016 as a result of being unable to find quality care for her mother. Susan was so impressed with the Home Instead ‘way’ that she decided to bring this special blend of caring to her local community.

  • Nicky joined Home Instead Salford and Worsley in 2018 and has over 18 years experience in both residential and domiciliary care. He led the team through the COVID crisis with pure professionalism. His desire to lead an outstanding team is evident in all that he does.

  • Madison ensures the company's operations run efficiently and smoothly. Madison assists Susan and Nicky by providing administrative support, for example: processing payroll, organising company files and bookkeeping tasks. Madison is never without a smile!

  • Gemma is responsible for training our Care Professionals and Key Players and she has a wealth of knowledge regarding the delivery of exceptional care. Gemma supports our Care Professionals in the field, continues to deliver care and is a breath of fresh air in the office.

  • Amy schedules all care visits and has to be aware of all Client and Care Professional's needs, requirements, personalities and addresses. A geographical knowledge is needed to make the scheduling as efficient as possible. Amy delivers care too and is a great team player.

  • Rachel joined Home Instead in September 2022 and exudes enthusiasm and positivity. Although following a different career path, Rachel is enjoying and succeeding finding exceptional Care Professionals to join our team. Rachel works closely with our CEC out in the community.

  • Jo joined Home Instead as a Care Professional in 2016 and consistently provided exceptional care to our Clients. In 2022 Jo was offered a new role as Community Engagement Champion (CEC). Jo is a great ambassador for Home Instead and is always out and about in Salford!

  • Bobbi B is a Boxer puppy and is lively, full of energy and curious. Bobbi's role is to bring a playful and enthusiastic energy to the workplace and is our office mascot and security bod. Bobbi provides companionship and affection to all who call to our office!
