Bromley based at-home care provider, Home Instead is delighted to announce the appointment of Ramona Dollie to the key role of Recruitment and Retention Officer at the company’s offices on Anerley Road.
Home Instead’s service is tailored to the needs of elderly people in the area and Ramona’s new role will see her recruiting Caregivers who share the company’s vision of delivering only excellent care.
Ramona, who previously worked as an assistant manager at a fragrance store in Croyden, will be using her managerial skills and customer service experience to manage the company’s team of twenty five Caregivers. She will also be responsible for organising Caregiver training.
Ramona first heard about the job through a friend and knew that she had found the perfect job; one that would give her the opportunity to make a difference within the community.
Commenting on her new responsibilities, Ramona said: “My main duty is to make sure we recruit the right people, people who have a passion for caring for the elderly and who want to make a difference to peoples lives”.
