We are led by husband and wife team Nick and Fiona Harrall, who established our St Albans office with a simple mission, to provide the best care in the area. Fiona serves as our "Nominated Individual" with extensive dementia care knowledge, while Nick oversees our day-to-day operations, ensuring consistently high standards. Our dedicated training suite is where all our fully employed Care Professionals receive comprehensive dementia training, covering everything from communication techniques to practical support strategies. This local dedication carries through into our community initiatives, including dementia awareness sessions and our popular Memory Cafés.
