Changing the face of Ageing in St Helens
Celebrating 7 years of Changing the face of Ageing in St Helens!!!
Yes, it's amazing how time flies!!
We opened our doors on 17th September 2012 in a small office in Rainhill with no clients and no CAREGivers - just look at how we have grown since then!! Julia was the first CAREGiver and Charlotte was the Registered Manager, and Ben joined us in 2016 building Home Instead St Helens to the success we are today.
Marie and Denise were on our first ever training course in November 2012 and have remained at the true heart of our care. Sharron and Barbara joined us shortly after and since then we have grown and grown.
So what has happened? Well, over the past 7 years we have been consistently in the Top 20 of all Care Providers in the whole of the North West England as awarded by Homecare.co.uk based on recommendations by our clients; Charlotte was runner up in the Great British Care Awards Registered Manager of the Year; we have expended and we have moved to new offices in the Century House and Home Instead has consistently won the Laing and Buisson Number 1 Care Provider Award. Our CQC reports are always Good in all areas and our most recent one in March of this year said that "Staff are inspired to deliver Outstanding Care" - what an accolade!!
Our CAREGivers receive expert training through our bespoke City & Guilds accredited Alzheimers and Other Dementias Training programme and City and Guilds accredited End of Life Training Programme so that they are able to support clients and their families with dignity and respect, ensuring a wholly personalised service.
We are so proud of our Staff and say a huge thank you to everyone, you are what make Home Instead, Home Instead.
