Companionship Cafes
‘Often a good chat and a cup of tea are all it takes to turn somebody’s day around’.
Getting older can sometimes mean you feel isolated and lonely. Join us and meet other people in our community and enjoy a FREE tea or coffee with a scone (with jam and cream of course!)
Our Community Angels and Care Professionals Jill, Shaun, Anna, Sheila, Di and Andrea will also be there to chat and offer advice and support about local support and activity groups in the area.

- 1st February at The Victoria Hall in Grange-over-Sands, from 1.30pm to 3pm
- 5th March at Morrisons Cafe in Kendal, from 10am to 11.30am

Are you a Registered Manager working in Health and social Care and would like to share and discuss best practice and meet others working in the same sector?
Join us at our office in Kendal for a chat and refreshments, the next dates are:
