We moved to the Lake District from Hampshire in 2017 and launched Home Instead South Lakes in January 2018.

I ensure that the Care Professionals are all equipped with the very best training that enables them to provide OUTSTANDING care at all times.

Training Coordinator
My role is to oversee the onboarding of our new clients, I liaise with lots of external agencies regarding our clients and their families. I am also responsible for ensuring our clients are invoiced correctly and that Care professionals are paid correctly.
Amanda Lancaster
Business Finance Coordinator
I look after the recruitment process from the candidates first phone call and their interview to their very first client visit. I love meeting all of our new Care Professionals and getting to know everyone right at the start of their journey.
Manon Wheatman
Recruiter
I am a Care Professional for our ‘overnight care team’ and I also provide administrative support in the office to our recruiting and audit team.
Jill Burns
Administrator
I work with the Support Team to ensure that we are complying with franchise standards, brand guidelines, regulations, and legislation.
Pamela Gios
Business Standards Coordinator
My role is to oversee the scheduling of clients’ visits. Together with the rest of the office support team I ensure our Care Professionals and clients always have an outstanding experience of Home Instead.
Rachel Dixon
Scheduler
They are out all over the South Lakes community visiting support and activity groups and community events such as dementia, Parkinsons and singing groups. They also help with our own events like our Companionship Cafes, and our annual gift giving schemes.
