Woodland wellness sessions are run by Dignity in Dementia. They are fantastic activities for people with dementia and their family carer or supporters. There is lots of research to show that spending time outdoors can have a hugely positive affect on our wellbeing and all the sessions are run outside in the Arnside area, from crafts to cooking lunch, lots of great activities are planned.
