Home care in Salford and Worsley

The Care Professionals and Management Team have (and continue to) support my parents and brother in a truly empathetic, caring and professional way. As I live a long way from the family home it is reassuring to know that my family are being looked after so well. The team provides companionship and personal care with timely communications.

The service provided by Home Instead Salford has been excellent throughout. The care and professionalism shown by the carers and the office staff has been exemplary. Any difficult issues are communicated and dealt with sensitively and with compassion. As I don’t live close by, knowing my father is well cared for by genuinely kind and understanding carers is so comforting. I can’t praise the team enough.

I had a meeting this morning with two of the staff at Home Instead (Salford). Care and communication are excellent as always and our meeting was dealt with professionally. We continue to be delighted with Dad’s care.

I can not complain about anything. My Care Professional has done everything I have asked of her. She has cleaned, she has shopped, and she has taken me to appointments. I am 96 and I find the things that I can do no longer, she does for me. If she wasn’t here to do those things, they wouldn’t get done. Without my Care Professional, it would be harder for me as I like my independence.

I would like to thank all the Care Professionals who have visited my Dad over the last few years. Without their support and diligence, we would not have been able to keep Dad at home until his final days, as was always his wish.

The whole team around my family have been so supportive. Mum loved being cared for by C.G in particular- she always spoke of her so fondly and told me how thoughtful she was towards her, always treating her with kindness, dignity and respect. She also made her laugh even when Mum was at her lowest- another truly amazing Care Professional to whom I’m so very grateful for.

J.N has been wonderful to Mum in the three years she has supported her. J.N has been with Mum since the beginning, it truly has been a successfull match. J.N has taken her time to really get to know mum, she goes above and beyond and nothing is too much trouble for her, she most certainly goes the extra mile.

M.L is one of my carers who is loyal, respectful and very caring. Without her things would not be the same, I would be less independent. When she takes me shopping I feel better as we have a laugh and get something nice from the cafe. I am glad she is my carer and I would not know what to do without her.

The Care Professioanal’s are wonderful and I could not be without them. S.A has been there the longest and knows Dad so well. She does everything like I would do it which means such a lot. I know he is in good hands and is being looked after.

I would like to thank the Care Professioanls and all staff at Home Instead for the care and help
they have provided my mother, helping to get her back to herself after her illness. I would have no hesitation recommending Home Instead.
