Susan opened the Salford office in 2016 as a result of being unable to find quality care for her mother. Susan was so impressed with the Home Instead ‘way’ that she decided to bring this special blend of caring to her local community.

Nicky joined Home Instead Salford and Worsley in 2018 and has over 18 years experience in both residential and domiciliary care. He led the team through the COVID crisis with pure professionalism. His desire to lead an outstanding team is evident in all that he does.

Madison ensures the company's operations run efficiently and smoothly. Madison assists Susan and Nicky by providing administrative support, for example: processing payroll, organising company files and bookkeeping tasks. Madison is never without a smile!

Amy joined us in June 2020 as a Recruiter, excelling in care provision and compliance. After maternity leave, November 2024, she was promoted to Head of Compliance.Amy now oversees compliance for Clients and Care Professionals, maintaining high standards and exeptional care.

Ebony joined as a part-time Care Professional in January 2023 and quickly grew to value Home Instead. After applying for a full time job, Ebony now manages the scheduling of all care visits and remains attentive to the needs of both Clients and Care Professionals

Jemaine joined Home Instead as a part-time Care Professional in February 2023 and quickly embraced the organisation's ethos and culture. She secured a full-time role in February 2024, conducting care consultations, service reviews, and more. Jemaine is a valued team member.

I can not complain about anything. My Care Professional has done everything I have asked of her. She has cleaned, she has shopped, and she has taken me to appointments. I am 96 and I find the things that I can do no longer, she does for me. If she wasn’t here to do those things, they wouldn’t get done. Without my Care Professional, it would be harder for me as I like my independence.

Home Instead has been fabulous in setting up a care package for my mum. We thought the process was going to be quite daunting but a particular member of staff and the team made it really easy. We can’t thank Home Instead (Salford) enough for taking care of our 96-year-old grandmother during the difficult lockdown period and subsequently two years following. Her direct care giver was exceptional and a real lifesaver. Their friendship and companionship is held in very high regard from both my grandmother and the whole family.

The caregivers at Home Instead have been looking after our sister for the last seven months. We got in touch with them when it was clear that she required help with daily living. Her dementia had increased to a point where she was no longer able to perform many of the tasks needed to remain on her own, including meal preparation and taking medication, but she wasn’t yet ready to move into a care situation.Since the visits started, carers have turned up, as agreed, twice a day, faithfully, and on time. All of them have been cheerful and encouraging of her, providing much-needed company as well as preparing meals, tidying up and cleaning the kitchen.We are most grateful to the caregivers; they have meant much to all of us, and we have appreciated their professionalism.
