  • Shona's role within the company is to go through each applicant that applies to become a member of our team, making sure that they can maintain the Ethos of the Home Instead. Shona also works to build our social & community engagement within Rugby, Lutterworth & Daventry.

  • Hayley supports the live-in staff members and our clients that are currently having 24/7 care in their own homes. Working with the office staff to ensure the smooth running of our live-In CarePro team.

  • Tamara supports our Care Professionals with completing Care Certificates, competencies, and supervision. This ensures that the best possible care is given to our clients by our dedicated CarePro's.
