Megan joined the Home Instead office team in Spring 2021. She started as Client Co-ordinator and worked her way up gaining qualifications along the way to what is now Registered Care Manager overseeing the running of the office. Megan loves the variety of the role.Registered Care Manager
Geraldine
Geraldine is a born plate spinner. Heading up the scheduling of all of our client’s care schedules she is always calm, compassionate and a source of unending positivity. Geraldine joined the team in 2015 as a Care Professional and is now a key member of the office team.HR & Scheduling Lead

Amber started with Home Instead as a Care Professional and then joined the office team in Autumn 2025. She helps with all admin queries that come in and also seeing clients to help the smooth running of the office.Office Support

Patricia
Currently on maternity leave, Patricia is an admin ninja and serenely gets on with the job of recruiting/overseeing our team of care professionals. Helen joined the office team in May 2026. She helps with the day to day queries that come into the office as well as visiting clients to help the smooth running of the office.Office Support
