Lauren Livingstone - Care Manager
I’m about to celebrate my ten year anniversary working within health, and social care. I worked for a domiciliary re-enablement service when I first joined the industry, this is where my passion for care began. Having been on the front line of community based support I got to see first hand just how essential it is that we enable our elderly population to remain in their own homes for as long as possible. After many years of working in the community I decided it was time for a change, this was when I joined a specialist learning disability provider. During this time I learnt invaluable knowledge, and skills, specifically about how to adjust to the communication needs, and complex health needs of the clients I supported. I have been with Home Instead for two years now, during this time I have undertaken various roles, and responsibilities, more recently taking on the role of Care Manager. I am actively working towards my Level 5 qualification having successfully completed various health, and social care qualifications.

Tracey Morley - General Manager Oxford & Swindon and Vale of White Horse
Tracey has been part of our Home Instead Senior Care journey since 2013. Until August 2019, Tracey was the General Manager and the Registered Manager for our Swindon & Vale of White Horse office, leading the service to an ‘Outstanding’ rating with the Care Quality Commission. In August 2019, Tracey was appointed as General Manager of both our Swindon & Vale of White Horse and Oxford services.
Tracey said “My background before joining Home Instead Senior Care was recruitment, running an industrial and commercial desk as a Consultant. Whilst raising my family I worked evenings supporting seniors in their own homes, one thing that as carer I found really difficult was dashing in and out for 15 minutes or ½ an hour. When I came across Home Instead and their mission and ethos, it really resonated with me. I am thrilled to be able to support the Oxford team and help them deliver the very best outcomes for clients and rewarding careers for CAREGivers.
Away from work, I really enjoy spending time with my family and my dogs. I have two very lively ones which I enjoy walking. My three grandsons keep me busy at the weekends and together we enjoy visiting the seaside, crabbing and spending time outdoors."
John Kirk - Managing Director
After a full career in the Royal Air Force Regiment, then managing a Waitrose branch and spending 7 years in high quality residential senior care, I felt that I'd reached a stage in my life where I was ‘ready’ to bring Home Instead Senior Care to the Swindon Vale of White Horse area. My Home Instead journey began in 2012. In the Autumn of 2017, I assumed my current role to lead the Home Instead service in Oxford.
I've lived in Oxfordshire since 2002 and have noticed a real shortage of high quality, truly person-centred care for older people locally. In particular, quality services to support those coping with Alzheimer’s disease or another of the dementias in their own homes are few and far between. I have a passion for service to older people and their families and truly want to make a difference to the quality of life of all those whom I serve - be they seniors, their families or the CAREGivers that work for Home Instead Senior Care.
My aim is to deliver an improved quality of life and increased independence in their own homes for our clients, peace of mind for their families, a happy, engaged and fulfilled team of CAREGivers and to contribute to the community in the widest possible sense. I am thrilled to be working to deliver a service in the community where I've lived and worked for many years and to create local jobs for local people to care for local seniors.

Katie Smok - Senior Client Services Coordinator
I was lucky enough to join the Oxford Home Instead Team in September 2015. I have always worked in the care sector and have often heard the term ‘person centred care’ used, but not always practiced. I believe Home Instead have nailed this term and put it into practice every single day.
With the help of their families, health professionals and the strong relationship we aim to build between our clients and CAREGivers we support our clients to be independent, remain in their own homes and most importantly to be happy

Anna Walsh - Staff Coordinator
I joined Home Instead in November 2016. I have worked within the care sector for 5 years and this is my passion.
I am enjoying getting to know the business and meeting all the CAREGivers who work for Home Instead and their passion to provide a tailored service to our clients.
Jemma Carmichael - Client Services Coordinator
I joined Home Instead in September 2016.I have worked in care for the last 5 years and I have gained experience and qualifications in that time. I feel this role is suited to my personality and I look forward to meeting my clients and CAREgivers and supporting them through their journey with us.
Donna Underhill - Client Services Coordinator
I joined Home Instead in January 2017 as maternity cover and was appointed to my currently role in March 2018. I have previously worked in the NHS and have a passion for ensuring that my clients receive the best care and support possible.
Emily Simpson - Operations Support Assistant
Emily joined our team in February 2018. Emily has a broad range of care experience from supporting clients to recruitment administration. Outside work, Emily is a busy mother with a young daughter who keeps her out of trouble!
Mychaila Marsden - Recruitment Coordinator
Mychaila (or Micky as she likes to be known!), joined Home Instead in February 2019. Micky has a background in accounts and Human Resources, joining the team after a career break to have a family.
Ruby Grant - Operations Support Assistant
Ruby joined our team in April as Operations Support Assistant. Ruby has a background in compliance and recruitment. Outside work, she likes to socialise and works off those extra calories at the gym!
