  • Client Services Coordinator

    At Home Instead Senior Care, we are a different type of care provider. We provide a minimum of one hours' support so visits are always person-centred, and fulfilling. This allows for relationships to truly blossom between Caregiver, and Client.

    The role of a Client Service Coordinator incorporates many different duties. You will directly line manage a small number of CAREGivers within the business, ensuring that their needs are being met, and that they feel supported during their employment. You will also be allocated a number of clients, whose care you will directly line manage.

    You will be expected to cover client visits, perform client consultations, ensure that service reviews, and quality assurance visits are completed. You will also be expected to perform three monthly supervisions with Caregivers, and mentoring checks. The right candidate will take part in our induction programme, and participate in the on call rota with other members of the team.

    Caring for someone the Home Instead way means helping and supporting your client with their daily needs as you would for your loved ones. It means building on skills you already have in order to develop a fulfilling and rewarding career while helping seniors to live rich, independent lives. The work you do is vital for elderly people, as it ensures that they are kept comfortable and safe in their own homes for as long as possible.

    Our work ranges from housework to assisting people to wash and dress, taking them out and about and reminding them to take their medications.

    What's important, too, is the time for companionship and having a good chat that is essential to our clients' wellbeing.

    And with a minimum 1 hour call you will have plenty of time to get to know your client without having to rush.
