Caring for someone the Home Instead way means helping and supporting your client with their daily needs as you would for your loved ones. It means building on skills you already have in order to develop a fulfilling and rewarding career while helping seniors to live rich, independent lives. The work you do is vital for elderly people, as it ensures that they are kept comfortable and safe in their own homes for as long as possible. Our work ranges from housework to assisting people to wash and dress, taking them out and about and reminding them to take their medications. What's important too is the time for companionship and having a good chat that is essential to our clients' wellbeing. And with a minimum 1 hour call you will have plenty of time to get to know your client without having to rush. ✔ Good rates of pay ✔ Holiday pay ✔ Paid mileage ✔ Health Benefit Scheme ✔ Plenty of time allocated to travel between clients ✔ Minimum of one hour call ✔ Paid shadowing calls with each new client you are introduced to ✔ Full training provided ✔ Support from a dedicated office team Applicants will need a valid UK driving license and successful applicants will also need to complete a Disclosure and barring application (formerly CRB).
