Good news on the jobs front from a local care provider specialising in the care of adults in their own homes. Due to continuing expansion and the promise of 20 more jobs in the pipeline, the Brentwood office of Home Instead has moved to spacious new premises located at Stubbers Farm in Blackmore.
The new offices include a bespoke training room which will be equipped with a profiling bed and wheelchair to enable hands on, in-house training for the fast growing team of Caregivers.
Since opening in 2009 Home Instead has experienced high demand for its services and already has a team of 34 Caregivers delivering a range of services across the area.
Business owner Steve Willoughby is delighted with their improved facilities. He explains:
“We have so much more space to accommodate both our increasing number of office based staff and our team of Caregivers. Now we can deliver high quality on-going training for all our staff with the added advantage of ample parking space for when we are undertaking large group training sessions.”
He continues; “We are on course for further expansion and need to recruit more Caregivers over the next few months. We offer full training and want reliable, compassionate people who have a genuine desire to help improve the lives of older people to get in touch.”
Home Instead is rapidly building a reputation as one of the UK’s leading at -home care companies. Their service is tailored to the needs of individual clients and ranges from companionship, meal preparation, light housekeeping, post-discharge care, medication reminders, shopping and errands to personal care. The service is available 24 hours a day, seven days a week.
