More team building at Home Instead
Home Instead Tytherington new administrative addition, Becky Trotman

Home Instead based in Tytherington which delivers at-home care to help adults in Macclesfield and East Cheshire to stay in their own homes for as long as possible has welcomed its latest recruit, Becky Trotman, to their team. The company is experiencing great demand for their services and is looking to continue to expand their team.

Becky, who moved to Henbury about 18 months ago, has taken up an administrative role at the company’s office at Tytherington Old Hall in Macclesfield. Becky brings a wealth of business and charity work experience to the role.  Since her four daughters left school she has run her own decorating business for a number of years.

Becky set up her own charity, after the youngest of her four daughters was diagnosed with a rare seizure disorder.

The disorder causes those affected to stop breathing and these alarms can therefore be life-saving.  Because the alarms can be very expensive, Becky’s charity enables people to borrow the life-saving equipment from the Leicester Royal Infirmary.

Commenting on her appointment, Becky said: “I absolutely love my new role. Home Instead provides a very special service to the very highest of standards. When my own mother needed support as her health deteriorated I had to reduce my working hours to help.  Home Instead would have been the perfect solution to both our needs and I would have been totally confident that my mother was receiving the highest quality care.”

Outside of work, Becky loves to travel and has a campervan that she has renovated herself which she admits has been a labour of love.  She can also be seen riding around town on her much-loved Vespa scooter and walking her 8 month old chocolate Labrador called Molly.

Home Instead is an award winning national company which is changing the way care is delivered in the UK. Their service is tailored to the needs of individual clients and ranges from companionship, meal preparation, light housekeeping, post-discharge care, personal care, medication reminders, shopping and errands. The service is totally flexible to meet client needs and is available from as little as 1 hour to 24 hours a day, seven days a week.
