    Recruiter Job Description


    The Recruitment Officer is expected to perform a variety of duties relating to the recruitment of CAREGivers. The recruiter is expected to follow the process for all potential CAREGivers, including, but not limited to: ID, referencing, DBS/PVG checks and providing administrative support to provide the highest quality service to clients and CAREGivers.


    The Role:

      • To assist in all aspects of the recruitment process.
      • Perform all relevant checks - ID, references and DBS/PVG checks.
      • Keep all adverts, job boards, and marketing materials up to date.
      • Maintain and update all recruitment databases and candidate files.
      • Assist in the planning and maintaining of all recruitment drives.


    Person Spec:

    • Must have recruitment support and admin experience.
    • Must have understanding of recruitment legislation including DBS checks, referencing and ID checks.
    • Minimum of 5 GCSE’s A-C including Maths and English.
    • Have experience in health and social care

    You will be able to strike a relationship and rapport with the person you are paired with.


    You will also be happy to provide personal care, which could be helping someone brush their teeth, assisting with washing, dressing and feeding, or brushing their hair.
