Hello, I am Andrea Hampshire the proud owner of Homeinstead Senior Care, Godalming territory.
I have worked more than 20 years for different multinational FMCG companies before I decided that I would run my own business. I wanted to do something more meaningful and satisfying in the rest of my life.
What could be better than supporting the elderly in my local community and also to become one of the best employers of Waverley.
I am extremely proud of our CAREGivers and colleauges in the office who all have great passion for helping others and they always do the extra miles for our Clients.
This is what makes us different from other care providers.
I am aiming to create 50 new, local care jobs annually across Godalming, Haslemere, Cranleigh, Pulborough, Billinghurst, Petworth.
My journey of caring for older people began at age 13. By chance, I met a lady who was standing outside her rather imposing looking care home. She told me that nobody ever went to see her, so I started to make regular visits and she loved my company, we talked for hours. But what was also special, that I enjoyed the experience just as much as she did. Ever since then I’ve had lots of valued friendships with older people, we all have so much to learn from each other.
Negative stories about the care industry have always stuck with me as well, so I decided to take a fresh approach and do things differently. It’s an absolute privilege to be making it my own business to care for our older generation.

Hello! My name is Chloe and I’m very proud and excited to now be part of the Godalming family at Home Instead.
After leaving Sixth Form where I was specialising in finance I didn’t know where I wanted to go in life so took up caring as a temporary job in the summer and I have never looked back. Care has been my passion for seven years, it’s in my family and I’m proud to say after working hard I qualified in my Level 5 Leadership and Management in Health and Social Care back in January 2020.
I’m most excited about getting to know every caregiver individually and mentoring them in this journey while providing the best standard of care possible and changing individuals lives.
When I’m not at work I’m at home in Farnham tidying up after a sassy three year old daughter or spending time with my family and friends.
Field Care Supervisor
Hi Everyone, I am very pleased to be invited to join the office team at Home Instead Senior Care, Godalming. I have spent many years as a CAREGiver in all types of situations and I am experienced in domiciliary care. I am thoroughly enjoying this new challenge and putting all my organisational skills to use. I enjoy working with and supporting our CAREGivers on the field and I am also heavily involved on the compliance side.
I am a Mum to two girls aged 5 and 9. I live in Alfold near Cranleigh. Our house is full of gorgeous bunnies (yes!) and a dog.. and of course my lovely husband.... (not in any particular order of preference!) :D
Hello I’m Caitlin, a member of the Godalming office!
As recruitment Coordinator I will be ensuring that we hire the best CARGivers for our clients. Having worked in both recruitment and as carer, I’m delighted to be part of the team making a difference to those whom need our help. I have family members who are cared for both at home and in a home, therefor, on a personal mission to ensure we find the best CAREGivers that will go above and beyond for our clients.
I live in Godalming with my partner and our one year old daughter. If we’re not at the pond feeding the ducks, we enjoy days out and spending time with our friends and family. I have a passion for music, I studied music business at BIMM in Brighton and ran a promotions company alongside my studies. I love listening to all genres of music, if you have any recommendations send them my way!

Community Engagement Officer
My career history began in the travel industry working as an operations assistant for luxury travel firm, Kuoni. This was just the start of my journey here and after three years I moved into the Public Relations department where I worked my way up to become PR Manager. I spent 15 years in total at Kuoni and decided that I wanted a career change that would enable me to help others.
In between jobs when Covid hit, I found myself unemployed like many others and along came Home Instead. They took me on as a CAREGiver and I found looking after clients incredibly rewarding. With my communications background, I am now proud to say that I am working with the office team as Community Engagement Officer, to spread the word about the fantastic work of our CAREGivers do and to encourage new clients to join us through networking opportunities.
