We are delighted that in the Laing & Buisson league table Home Instead Senior Care was revealed as England’s top homecare provider
This has been published by the UK’s leading healthcare information specialist, Laing & Buisson as part of their newly expanded Care Compliance Monitor.
The monitor took data from Care Quality Commission (CQC) inspection reports to produce a league table to show the percentage of homecare providers across England, that are fully compliant with CQC’s core standards.
We are immensely proud to report that Home Instead achieved the number one position.
Home Instead Senior Care was the top performer in Laing & Buisson's analysis of CQC performance, with 97.8% of offices being fully compliant with core standards covering care, safeguarding, staffing, management and respect for service users.
The compliance monitor for home care will be updated every quarter, based on CQC inspection results across the approximately 8,000 home care branches in England. Laing & Buisson said the tool filled a gap in performance information created by the abolition of CQC's quality ratings for care providers in 2010.
The regulator plans to reintroduce ratings next year for adult social care providers.
