The New Client Manager role will spearhead our acquisition of new clients from a plentiful source of enquiries. You will need to have care planning experience and demonstrate a track record of excellent client service. You’ll also have an ambitious approach to setting and meeting targets, while maintaining quality of service and clear communication.
You will handle and follow up client enquiries, meeting potential clients and their families, assess and agree their needs, design a care service that meets their wishes and introduce all the people who will manage and deliver what you’ve agreed. An ability to advise and create trust is crucial, as many potential clients are unsure about what they want or need.
The role is full time, based at our office in St Ives, although you will spend a lot of time out of the office visiting new clients in their homes. You will need good care assessment and IT skills, as you will create care plans and record them directly into dedicated software packages.
You will join the senior management team in the business, work closely with other teams within our business and add your experience and impetus to our growth plans. You will also lead adoption of new services and technologies into how we care for clients and keep their families informed.
