This highly professional team have looked after my mother for a couple of years. The team all demonstrate a passion for care and going the extra mile. Some of the carers became close friends to Mum. They not only provided first class care but demonstrated considerable empathy and patience. The visits became a social highlight for her as well as for providing essential care.

Home Instead carers are doing a very good job of looking after two elderly people, both suffering with dementia. Without the carers’ daily visits, these two elderly people simply could not continue to live at home, as they cannot prepare food, hot drinks, or be trusted to take their medication. Also these two elderly people need help keeping themselves washed and dressed in clean clothes, and their home clean and tidy. The home care that Home Instead provides really does make the difference between living in the family home and going into a nursing home.
