We are expanding our team and are looking for someone who would like to be part of a team that delivers care the way they’d like it to be delivered to them, or their loved one.

Job Description

Home Instead focuses on providing a premium service, primarily to private pay clients. We only deliver 1 hour minimum care visits, we always introduce our staff to our clients and we match them too, so our they have the time to provide high quality, person-focused care.

Your duties will include:

  • Companionship – ensuring our clients enjoy regular and meaningful social interaction is an important part of your visit.

  • Home Help – helping with everyday tasks such as shopping, meal preparation, light housework and accompanying clients to appointments and activities

  • Personal care – supporting our clients with the essentials such as bathing, showering, dressing and grooming to keep them healthy and independent.

Qualifications:

  • You will need to be caring, dependable, organised and reliable and an excellent timekeeper.

  • You will be required to work 4 days per week, including evenings, plus every other weekend. We will then aim to to build a schedule that works for you and for us. 

THIS ROLE REQUIRES THAT THE APPLICANT:

– RESIDES IN THE UK AND HAS THE RIGHT TO WORK IN THE UK

– HAS A VALID DRIVING LICENCE AND ACCESS TO RELIABLE TRANPORT.
