Being a Home Instead Care Professional is a highly rewarding career where no two days are the same. With minimum 1 hour care visits, client introductions and client matching, you have the time to provide high quality, person-focused care. You will have full training and support from our our friendly and highly experienced team, including lots of on-the-job training to ensure you feel confident.

You’ll earn good rates of pay, starting at £13.50/hour with holiday pay for daytime shifts, and £14.50/hour for evenings and weekends, plus holiday pay, totalling £15.13/hour and £16.25/hour respectively.
You will additionally benefit from mileage reimbursement at 45p per mile. We prioritise your future with a 3% pension contribution and offer fully paid training for professional growth.

Companionship
Everyday you’ll be ensuring our clients enjoy regular and meaningful social interaction, it is an important part of your visit. We give you the time needed to care, no rushed visits at Home Instead.
Home Help
You’ll also be helping your clients with everyday tasks, such as shopping, meal preparation, and light housework, to supporting them to access the local community for appointments and activities.
Personal Care
Another important aspect of your new role will be supporting our clients with the essentials such as bathing, showering, dressing and grooming to keep them healthy and independent.
Ready to Care?
As a Care Professional at Home Instead, you will be required to work some evenings and weekend shifts, but we will aim to to build a schedule that works for you and for us.
You will need to reside locally (within the UK) and have the right to work in the UK. As our clients need support with accessing the local community, you will also need to have a valid driving licence and have reliable transportation.
