Experience the Home Instead difference by enjoying guaranteed hours, great rates of pay, with full training and support along the way.
The Truro office of Home Instead has been open since 2009 and provides a premium companionship-based care service to our clients. Our focus is on building a trusting long-term relationship between our Care Professionals and the clients that they support.
Being a Home Instead Care Professional is a highly rewarding career where no two days are the same. With minimum 1 hour care visits, client introductions and client matching, you have the time to provide high quality, person-focused care. You will have full training and support from our our friendly and highly experienced team, including lots of on-the-job training to ensure you feel confident.
We are expanding our team and are looking for kind, caring and compassionate people who would enjoy spending time helping older people in their local community, and who would like to be part of a team that delivers care the way you’d like it to be delivered to you or a loved one.
I chose this job as I have a big personality and wanted something that would be rewarding, and people focused. What I love about Home Instead is they know that if they take care of the Care Professionals, we can then give the best care for clients
. All I have to say to anyone considering care as a career is that nothing else will give you the job satisfaction and put a smile on your face quite like being a Care Professional with Home Instead.
