Living with Dementia & Memory Loss

A great resource - your local memory café

Memory cafés are a fantastic local resource to help support people who are living with memory loss, even if undiagnosed, their families/their carers. They are a regular event run for a few hours in a various locations around Cornwall. They are there to provide both social and emotional support and can signpost to other local resources. The cafés offer various activities including exercise, dance, music, entertainment; paper therapies and of course time spent with to socialise. They are fun, friendly and in most cases free.
