Making a difference with Live in Care
Earlier this year one of our lovely Client’s was unfortunately suffering with anxieties caused by an illness and a recent fall. We had been visiting a few times a week to help with some companionship, some daily tasks and her personal care. After time we noticed that our Client needed more help and support. After reviewing the options with her it became clear that a Live in CAREGiver would be very beneficial and provide the support necessarily to get her back on her feet.
Almost immediately our Client’s quality of life got better and continued to improve. With the support of our wonderful Live in CAREGivers, her anxieties receded, her health improved, which meant that she was able to return to having our CAREGivers visiting for just a few visits a week.
We are so grateful for our lovely Live in CAREGivers who were able to help our Client live independently again.

Here are some of the benefits of Live in Care
Remain at home
With round-the-clock-care, your loved one can remain safe and secure at home for as long as possible. Their carer can provide them with the support they need to continue living their life as normal, surrounded by their belongings and memories. For someone with dementia, remaining at home can be much more beneficial than moving into a residential home. This is because the familiarity of being with their possessions can reduce confusion brought on by the dementia.
Having your loved one remain at home with a personal CAREGiver gives you the opportunity to stay more involved with their care. You can continue to stay in touch and monitor the care your family member is getting. This is all made easier by the relationship that you will also build with their CAREGiver, allowing you to feel included in the care of your loved one.
Maintain your lifestyle
Live-in care means your loved one can continue to live in their home, giving them the freedom to see family and friends as and when they want, to receive guests at home and to continue having pets. Having the support from a CAREGiver means that they can carry on with a lifestyle that is both familiar and comfortable.
Live-in care means constant care for your loved one. Compared to living in a residential home, having a full-time live-in CAREGiver allows your family member to have one-to-one assistance, and ensures that their CAREGiver is available to them 24/7. Having a live-in CAREGiver will create stability in the home, and you can rest easy knowing that your loved one is being cared for by someone who is dedicated to their profession.
