For the fourth consecutive quarter, Home Instead have once again topped Laing and Buisson's Care Compliance Monitor, with a compliance score of 97%. The compliance monitor analyses data from last quarters inspections, undertaken by the Care Quality Commission (CQC), and displays them as a percentage. This percentage represents the number of branches inspected which were found to be fully compliant with the CQC's core standards of care, safeguarding, management, staffing and dignity of care.
Franchise Owner of Home Instead Sheffield South, Bryn Evans, commented on the recent compliance table "Consistently meeting the national standards set by the CQC is greatly important as it represents continuity of care. The fact that Home Instead have been top of the league table four times in a row, suggests that we have maintained high quality of care on a day to day basis, regardless of where we are in the country".
Home Instead Sheffield South had their most recent CQC inspection in December 2013 and met all the standards of care set by the Care Quality Commission. You can view our CQC inspection report through our information and resources page .
