Doodling For New Part-time Care Assistants in Sheffield !

Recruiting CAREGivers in Sheffield

Home Instead Senior Care Sheffield have recently released a new recruitment video in an effort to recruit part-time care assistants in Sheffield. The video can be found on YouTube and is roughly two minutes long, and unlike other recruitment videos on the web it is put together through the use of first hand cartoon drawings (doodles). We are always searching for new and interesting ways to attract more people to join our team and the video certainly underlines what it means to be a part-time care assistant for Home Instead Senior Care.

Our HR Manager Tina Gilbert stated "The doodle recruitment ad is a great way of attracting more people to this fantastic role of part-time care assistant. We are searching for mature, positive-minded and overall caring individuals (regardless of previous care experience), to provide fantastic care and support for our clients; this video should help us find them".

Our current vacancies offer 2-16 hours of work per week, which can provide lots of flexibility and extra income for someone who has another job elsewhere. Age is also no barrier, as our oldest CAREGiver is in her 70's and regularly provides outstanding care to our clients. Dominic Reed, Marketing Assistant at Home Instead Senior Care Sheffield commented "We hope this new video can attract a greater number of Individuals to the role, and at the very least provide some mild entertainment for people who are looking for jobs and who are bored of the same old written recruitment adverts"
