Safe Home Care

With our home care you have less contact with people. We ensure each client sees as few CAREGivers as possible. Many clients only see 1-2 CAREGivers.

Our care and support could prevent our vulnerable clients going into hospital and therefore protect them from the risk of acquiring the coronavirus. Moreover, our model permits the delivery of care to patients who might otherwise not seek care at the hospital or doctors surgery for fear of acquiring COVID-19.

Our CAREGivers are so protective of their Clients and treat them like family members and want to keep them safe. All CAREGivers are vigilant about infection control and we have all the safeguarding measures in place, including the wearing of PPE (see below) by staff members and regular handwashing and cleaning routines.

What else are we doing to keep everyone safe?

We continue to be abreast and in line with all government guidance and have Client risk assessments, key care plans and live action plans.

We are constantly updating these assessments and plans to ensure that we can continue to ensure our Clients get the support they need. Should you wish to have sight of our risk assessments then we would be more than happy to share this with you.

We ensure our office staff and CAREGivers are continually updated and trained to ensure guidance is upheld ensuring we keep everyone as safe as possible.

We are frequently reviewing all Clients and CAREGivers to mitigate and minimise the risk posed to CAREGivers and Clients.
