Natasha moved to Nottingham in 2010 and discovered Home Instead in 2011. She worked as a CAREGiver for 3 years here before moving into the role of Senior CAREGiver and then progressing to Deputy Care Manager.
Home Instead and the way we work initially attracted Natasha and she is delighted that 5 years on we have proved that we not only care and support people in a way that is personal and dignified, but we are also leading the way in regards to changing the face of ageing.

The Field Supervisors are responsible for supporting CAREGivers by acting as mentors. This maximises the CAREGivers’ skills and highlights any areas for development. One of the biggest parts of the role is to build CAREGivers’ self-confidence and to ensure the standards of care provided not only meet, but exceed the national requirements.
The Field Supervisors have worked as CAREGivers at Home Instead Nottingham for various amounts of time. They have been individually recognised within the company for their commitment, skills, knowledge and willingness to go above and beyond to support clients.
All of the Field Supervisors are empathetic, courteous, polite, have a great sense of humour and remain professional and well presented at all times.
We at Home Instead Nottingham are very proud to have a priceless team of dedicated, compassionate and reliable CAREGivers who go above and beyond the call of duty to take care of our Clients.
Our CAREGivers are people who really care.
If you think you could undertake this role we are always looking for people with these qualities to join our team. Call Jess on 0115 9226116 or email her at firstname.lastname@example.org to apply.
Home Instead took far more care in setting up the home visits (for 91 year old) than any other organisation, and had 3 very significant attributes. First, the quality of the carers was very good. Second, they always turned up on time, and thirdly, it was a regular team who got to know the individual and her needs, likes, and dislikes. A care agency can never quite be a part of the family, but it came close to that.Mr B - Bramcote
