General Manager Appointment

We are delighted to announce that following a successful interview with Home Instead National Office, Vikki Beckwith has been offered the role of General Manager of the Norwich franchise. 

Vikki joined Home Instead Norwich in October 2017 as Operations Manager and has done an excellent job of improving employee engagement, client advocacy and regulatory compliance while implementing new services such as live-in care and increasing the number of clients we serve.

As General Manager, Vikki will be responsible for the day to day performance, growth and development of the business allowing me to focus on longer term strategy and innovation to support our mission to 'change the face of ageing'. Over the coming weeks and months we will be making some new appointments to the office team which will support Vikki in her new role,  enhance CAREGiver and client experience, and increase our capacity to care. These appointments will also help us make the most of improvement opportunities fed back in recent staff and client surveys.

Vikki's promotion is very well deserved and we wish her all the best in her new role!
