High-Quality Home Care in Newport, Cwmbran & Chepstow

Stay Safe, Stay Well, Stay Home Instead

Sometimes as family members, loved ones or friends get older; there comes a time when they may need a little more support than you're able to provide them.

Finding care can be an emotional experience but it doesn't need to be; it's essential to understand what home help and support is available as well as what care will be best for them too. That's why we're here to help.

We work very closely with everyone we speak to and highlight the options that are available to help them choose the best home care based on their loved one's individual condition, needs and personality.

It's important to us that we know everyone is happy and comfortable with the home help we suggest (advise) and put in place.

We understand that at first, it can be a little daunting to allow someone into the home, but rest assured our CAREGivers are compassionate, trustworthy individuals with a massive passion for helping people get the best out of life.

Why Choose Home Care Over Alternative Care?

Home care provides your loved one with the help and support they need to live a happy, independent and healthy life in their own home.

Home Care is when a CAREGiver will visit the house to help your loved one with tasks they're no longer able to carry out alone.

We strongly believe that being at home is where we belong around familiar surroundings and where we have built memories with the people we love the most.

The level of care your loved one receives is tailored to suit their needs and is flexible to work around the time that attention and help are needed most.

Whether they need help carrying out household chores, running errands or personal support with dressing, bathing and medicine, our CAREGivers are highly trained and here to support them.

You will find that our CAREGivers also provide your loved one with a great sense of companionship, this can be pleasant for them, especially if they live alone.

Home care is by far one of the safest care options available today and will provide your loved one with dedicated one-to-one support.

Highly Trained Home Care Specialists You Can Trust

In recent times, we have seen that it takes a special kind of person to provide someone with genuine care and support.

We feel incredibly grateful to have built a fantastic team of compassionate CAREGivers that go above and beyond to make a positive impact on someone's life.

We honestly couldn't be prouder of the team we have formed here at Home Instead in Newport, Cwmbran & Chepstow.

Another fantastic quality of Home Instead is that they ensure all CAREGivers go through a course of industry-leading training sessions and receive accredited certifications when they have completed them.

We also thoroughly background check everyone before they begin their career with Home Instead.

Before a CAREGiver meets a client, we go through an in-depth process to ensure that your requirements and your loved one's personality get perfectly matched with the right CAREGiver.

We want everyone to feel comfortable and happy at all times, and this is why it's essential to get to know the characters of our clients so that we can provide the most personal home care possible.

Flexible Help at Home Uniquely Tailored To Your Needs

During your care consultation, we take the time to listen and to get to know you.

We want to understand all of the requirements you have for home care and how we can help support you with the best in-home care available.

Once we have a firm understanding, we will develop a home care package that will be tailored entirely to the needs of your loved one.

After we have agreed on the best plan of care, we then arrange when your CAREGiver will begin to assist with the home help and support your loved one needs to live an independent life.

You will notice that having someone around the home, which is dedicated, friendly, and 100% trustworthy will help improve the quality of your loved one's life at home, right where they belong.

How to age well

Growing old can bring challenges, both for the person who’s ageing and for their family. It can be frustrating for our loved ones because they can’t do everything they used to and feel like they’re losing their independence. At the same time, it might be worrying for their family as they might not be able to be there whenever their loved ones need them.
