I opened Home Instead Newport, Cwmbran and Chepstow in October 2017. I am passionate to ensure all our elderly in the community have the best quality of care. We at Home Instead Newport, Cwmbran & Chepstow are the people who will always find a way to support you.

Annie is extremely passionate and embraces everything with a smile! Annie is relatively new to the team bringing over 14 years experience within the care industry.

Martine Joined Home Instead in September 2022 as the Finance Manager. The role of the Office and Finance Manager is to ensure the day to day finance activities are actioned. This includes invoicing and payroll.

Natasha began her journey with us in June 2023, she is our Head Of People. Natasha works closely with our Care Professionals and supports the team and office managing HR.

Christina Started her journey with Home Instead in 2019. Christina is part of our Client Care Coordinator team. The role of a Client Care Coordinator is to support both Client and Care Professional in the community.

Ellie joined the team in April 2024 as our scheduler. Ellie has a wealth of knowledge in the care industry, her previous role was Compliance Officer at Home Instead Bristol.

Katrianna joined the Home Instead team in September 2023 as Recruitment Consultant . Katrina's role is to proactively source, select and build a pipeline of high quality, engaged Care Professionals.

Pauline Joined Home Instead in October 2020. Pauline's is our Client Consultant. The role of the Client Consultant is to understand the needs of a new client and create a bespoke package of care with the Care Manager.

Jenna joined the Home Instead team in September 2023. Jenna is responsible for all aspects of office administration, supporting the team and being reactive to the business needs.

Miles joined the team May 20204. Miles used to be a HR Generalist for a company in the Philippines and a Recruiter for a US company before she started working at Home Instead as a Recruitment Administrator.

Nicola is a dynamic brand ambassador. Her mission is to raise awareness of Home Instead, its values and ethics. Working in the community to raise the standards of older health care and dementia standards.
