The Memory Café is delighted to announce its annual Summer Well Being Event, taking place Wednesday August 21st, from 10:00 to 16.00 at Chepstow Hospital.
This special event invites regional partners, support services along with the local community to join us for a day filled with activities, information, advice, and well being.
This is a fantastic opportunity for individuals, families, caregivers and professionals to come together and celebrate in a warm, welcoming environment. The event aims to provide valuable resources and support to those affected by memory loss, dementia, and related conditions.
