Battling through the snow and ice to reach our clients

During the recent bad weather spell Paul Edden, owner of Home Instead, didn't think twice about firing up his 4x4 vehicle and heading out into the snow-covered roads and lanes of Newcastle and Stoke to make sure that our clients receive their care and our Caregivers arrive safely at their destinations.

Paul said “It is essential that our Caregivers reach our clients and I fully understand that some of our staff are not confident to drive in snow and icy conditions – hence our little 4x4 vehicle comes to the rescue”.

Fingers crossed that the rest of the winter stays mild!
