Our Care Starts With Connection
At the start of care, our Care Manager or a team member visits to create a bespoke care plan tailored to the individual’s needs and wishes. We don’t wear uniforms, as these can create a barrier to building genuine, trusting relationships. Alongside medication, mobility, and health requirements, we take time to understand a person’s life story - what they enjoy eating, their daily routines, and favourite activities. Where possible, we love to take clients out, supporting mobility, social connection, and overall wellbeing. Caroline, one of our wonderful Care Professionals, accompanies Colin to Short and Strong in Charlestown and has also taken him to the Wheal Martyn Museum, where he enjoys reminiscing about his career in the clay industry.
