We are led by Natalie Cooke, our CQC Registered Manager and co-owner, with over 25 years in adult social care, who brings both professional expertise and personal experience to her role, as she also supports her own parents at home. Working alongside her is Andrew Wood, whose background in finance and healthcare operations spans 14 years, and who understands firsthand the importance of quality care as his 88-year-old mother lives with dementia. Every Care Professional receives extensive dementia training that respects individual preferences and life histories. This personal understanding is reflected in our deep roots across the Ledbury community. Both our owners serve as trustees of Dementia Matters Here charity, actively contributing to raising awareness and creating supportive environments throughout Herefordshire. We regularly collaborate with local GP surgeries and memory clinics around the local area to ensure seamless coordination of care and support for clients and their families. These community links aren't just about accessing services, they're about maintaining the sense of belonging that makes Ledbury such a special place to live, regardless of the challenges dementia may bring.
