We are led by Natalie Cooke, our co-owner and CQC Registered Manager, who brings over 25 years of adult social care experience and personally understands the challenges of supporting parents at home. Working alongside her is Andrew Wood, whose background in finance and operational management is complemented by his personal experience supporting parents in their 90s, including his mother, who lives with dementia. Our local Hereford office serves as a welcoming hub where families can drop in for face-to-face advice or simply a reassuring chat about their loved one’s needs. The expertise of our leadership team flows through to our Care Professionals, who receive comprehensive dementia training that exceeds industry standards. Building on this personal experience and experienced leadership, our commitment to dementia support extends throughout the Herefordshire community, with both owners serving as trustees of the Dementia Matters Here charity. This connection allows us to stay at the forefront of local dementia initiatives and contribute to raising awareness across the county.
