We believe that care in the comfort of your own home is preferable to that of a care home, being in a place of memories and familiarity is important to people and especially so to those with dementia. All of our visits are done by our trained care-professionals whom are always introduced before care takes place so they will never be left with a total stranger in their own home. We believe that open communication between us and our clients is important and while we will perform a service review every 6 months, If ever you feel like our services are no longer meeting requirements or you wish to adjust what is done during the hour visits then we will be more then happy to change them as needed.
