Meet the team

Fiona has more than 12 years of customer service experience. Prior to Home Instead, Fiona worked for another care provider as their community engagement and client relationship manger where she gained invaluable experience for her current role.

Caroline brings more than 15 years of care scheduling experience to our office. She is supremely knowledgeable about the day-to-day operations of a home care business and ensures that our clients receive the highest quality service.

Richy joined Home Instead in May 2024 as a Care Professional, and was promoted to our Client Experience team a few months later. Richy is responsible for the wellbeing of our clients and their families, and has a wealth of medical knowledge that he brings to the role.

Kerri started working in the care sector in 2014, she started her Home Instead journey in 2018 and has completed Level 2 and Level 3 qualifications in Health & Social Care before progressing to become our Trainer & Community Engagement office and then into her current role.
