Lovely feedback from Pauline about her carer Elaine

Pauline explained that her carer Elaine goes above and beyond in everything that she does. Pauline says that she feels very uncomfortable when it comes to getting help with any personal care and Elaine makes her feel safe, dignified and at ease. Pauline said that Elaine never fails to make her laugh and would love to nominate her for Care Professional of the Month ❤️
