Introducing... Rachael Fayter, Home Care Consultant

Whether you are looking for home care or for a new career we know the process can feel a bit daunting. Therefore we would like to introduce some of our lovely team to put faces to Home Instead and help you feel at ease

Meet Rachael Fayter!

Rachael is one of our two Home Care Consultants in Exeter and East Devon.

What is your role with Home Instead and what does it involve?

I work as a Home Care Consultant. This means I take enquiries on the phone and speak to potential clients, their families or representatives and then I arrange to go and see them in their homes and talk them through the tailor-made service we can provide. If the client decides they would like to receive services from us, I will then oversee the process of getting their package of support in place and starting the service.
