Home Instead offer home help and housekeeping services across Exeter and East Devon. Our elderly home help services consist of tasks such as doing the laundry, hoovering, dusting, mopping and even feeding or walking your beloved pets. Having these tasks completed can give your loved ones a more comfortable living space and also provides them with companionship and regular check-ins. These services can be provided as often you like and we can even work alongside you if you enjoy tending to your home yourself, but just need a bit of extra help.

We provide person-centred home help and housekeeping services across Exeter and East Devon. Our Care Professionals can help to keep your space clean and tidy, taking care of your chores so that you can spend more time doing the things you love. From ironing to hoovering, mopping to disinfecting, we would be happy to help you. With our one-hour minimum visits, you can choose when your Care Professionals visit you, allowing you to choose what you do and when you do it. Our elderly home help is a great way to introduce care to someone, helping with chores around the house whilst providing check ins for the family.
What we do to care for your loved ones
We offer two types of home care: hourly care, where we visit at set times, or live-in care, where a carer resides in the home. Both are overseen by our care management team and delivered by compassionate Care Professionals. Each care package is made up of a unique mix of services to meet your needs.

Home Instead understand that any care you need can change over time. We will work closely with you to ensure we provide you with as much or as little care and support as you require.
- Is there any housework you are unable to do?
Our home help care covers light household tasks which can be carried out during a visit. This would not cover deep cleaning of a client’s home.
