Allana is our general manager and has been with us since 2015. She leads the team in all that we do, making sure our clients, care givers and office team have a great experience with us. She is passionate about caring for people having worked in the industry since 1998.

Kirsty has worked for Home Instead for 9 years starting as a care professional and then moving into the office team. Kirsty is now our Head of Client experience, she is passionate about making sure that those who use our services have the best experience possible.

Kathryn has worked for Home Instead for 7 years, and as our Finance & Administration Co-ordinator she is committed to using her many years of HR and Payroll experience to ensure we maintain our Finance & Office records to the highest standard.

Moira has worked for Home Instead for 4 years and in the care Industry for 10 years. She is currently one of our Care Consultants. She passionately believes that offering continuity of care with highly trained care professionals leads to excellent care for our clients.

Beth joined Home Instead in 2019. She started as a recruitment administrator apprentice and is now our Head of Caregiver Experience. Her role is to help caregivers through their own employment journeys. Beth strives to employ caregivers who best fit our values and culture.

Joan joined Home Instead 5yrs ago as our Schedular. She has 30 years’ experience in the care industry, as a career, in recruitment and in scheduling roles. She strives for the best match between care professional and client, so our clients receive the best service possible.
