As franchise owners, Mike and Catharine make a perfect team. Since joining the Home Instead family over fifteen years ago, they have worked tirelessly to build their reputation for delivering outstanding care to clients and their families.

Rebecca is a vastly experienced operations manager, with over a decade of experience working within Home Instead. She began her journey as a Care Professional in 2012, and today oversees all aspects of Home Instead Chester's operations.

Emma is General Manager of the operations teams at Home Instead Chester, Wirral and Liverpool South.

Jen oversees the welfare of our team of Care Professionals, ensuring they continue to deliver outstanding levels of care across Wirral, Chester and Liverpool South. Her natural compassion, communications skills and attention to detail mean Jen is a perfect fit for her role.

Mary is the face of Home Instead in the community, developing key relationships and partnerships with local organisations and community groups. Mary has extensive local knowlege, and is committed helping grow the Home Instead brand.

Pam was born in Wirral and has lived here all her life. She is an invaluable member of the Chester Operations Team being responsible for all aspects of the financial administration the business.

Jayne is our Care Manager and oversees all aspects of the Care Team from client enquiry through to ensuring every client receives an outstanding level of care. Jayne brings over a decade of care industry experience to Home Instead Chester.

Natalie is a vital link in the team supporting our Care Manager Jayne, and our team of Care Professionals in Chester.

Rebecca is the first point of contact for all candidates looking to join the Home Instead family of Care Professionals. She is vastly experienced and has been with Home Instead Chester for over fifteen years, starting out as a Care Professional.

Jonathan is the face of Home Instead in the Chester and Cheshire West community. He works closely with local community groups, church groups, and charities to support our older community, supported by Home Instead's values.

Nicola is our Training Lead and plays a key part in the induction and ongoing education and development of our Care Professionals, including our award-winning Dementia, and End-of-Life care courses.

Jake is our full-time training officer for Wirral, Chester and Liverpool South. He brings a wealth of experience to his training role, gained from his time as a Care Professional, where he was a national finalist of Care Professional of the Year in 2024

Colin plays a key role in supporting our Care Operations team in Chester. He is central to supporting the team on a day-to-day basis in addition to implementing a paperless office system and looking after many of our IT needs.

Tony is the Scheduling Manager for our group of franchises in Wirral, Chester and Liverpool South, overseeing the complex task of ensuring our clients receive outstanding care from their Care Professionals at the right time.

David brings a broad mix of operational and people skills gained from working in the retail and banking sectors to his role as a scheduler. As a lateral 'out of the box' thinker, he has the perfect mindset for his role.

Michelle plays a key role in supporting and developing our growing team of Care Professionals across Chester and Cheshire West, to ensure they provide the highest quality care to our clients.

As a scheduler Sasha is a key member of the operations team, working alongside David. She is also a logical problem solver, which is essential to be a successful and effective scheduler.

Amy provides support to the team across all aspects of administration for the Chester office.
