Chapter One,Orpington

Conveniently situated between Orpington & Bromley, up the road from Farnborough Village and just at the edge of Locksbottom, you’ll find what is considered one of the very best restaurants in Kent, Chapter One.

Chapter One is an institution in Bromley, with 3 AA rosettes, this modern European fine-dining restaurant is well loved and has a loyal clientele. It really is the place to go for a celebratory meal.

The restaurant offers a choice of a la cart menu’s or the popular, more relaxed dining experience in the Brasserie, which is open from 12noon-2.30pm for lunch, 6.30pm-9pm for dinner on Wednesday’s and Thursday’s, and 12noon – 3pm for lunch and 6.30pm-9.30pm dinner on Saturdays and Sundays.

The latest AA inspector was quoted as saying “There is an obvious understanding of classic techniques, and the dishes are finely tuned favourites, rather than trying to reinvent things for the sake of it. Seasonal ingredients from a network of high-end suppliers mean that the menus change all the time, depending on what’s best at the time and what arrives in the kitchen”

With such a popular fine-dining restaurant, be sure to book for that special occasion well in advance! You can book online or over the phone on 01689 854848
