Hello, I’m Karina, the director of Home Instead Bromley, Chislehurst and Orpington.
Before I became a business owner with Home Instead, I worked as a solicitor specialising in providing legal advice to older and vulnerable people.

I am responsible for ensuring that Home Instead provides a high quality, personalised service and that we adhere to all legislative and regulatory requirements. I have 28 years’ experience of working in the care sector, I now have the joy of delivering a first-class service.

As a Client Services Manager, I enjoy a varied role that allows me to meet many of our wonderful clients. It is very rewarding to know that all Home Instead home care clients receive a tailored package of care which is bespoke to their individual needs.

My role as a Client Services Manager includes being responsible for managing our home care clients, from the home care consultation process through to the writing of person-centred care plans and then ensuring that our client’s needs are met.

My role as bookkeeper mainly includes the client invoicing, Care Professional payroll and necessary reporting to National Office and other regulatory bodies. I also help with budgeting and other financial aspects within the business.
