Gresford Christmas Tree Festival Raises £3000
We are pleased to say that the Gresford Christmas Tree Festival, which Home Instead participated in for the second year running, has raised a fantastic £3000 for two local charities. The money will be split between Nightingale House Hospice and Hope House Children’s Hospice – two great local causes.
The Christmas Tree festival brings together local businesses, schools and community groups who provide a decorated Christmas Tree to be placed in the churchyard at All Saints’ Church in Gresford. Whilst the festival was a little different this year, having to be set outside rather than in the church itself, it still managed to raise more money than the previous year thanks to generous visitor donations. This was despite the fact that the festival had to close one day early due to Welsh lockdown restrictions!
We loved taking part in the festival, it’s always great fun to apply our Home Instead branding to a Christmas theme, and we look forward to taking part again in 2021!
