As a family-led team, we are on the lookout for like-minded people, who have a passion for caring for others and really making a difference.

Our CAREGivers come from a variety of different backgrounds – if you’re already in care but are looking to move to an innovative, forward-thinking provider then give us a call.  However, we don’t expect you to have prior experience in care.  If you’re coming to us from a completely different background, then that’s okay too.  Don’t worry that you may not have the right skills.  As long as you can bring a caring nature and a can-do attitude, we can provide you with the training you need to deliver an outstanding service to our clients.

What to expect as a CAREGiver

Client’s needs vary – each care visit is based around a completely tailored care plan, designed to fit their needs and requirements.  So if you’re looking for a job where every day is different, then you’ve found it!  You’ll never be bored as a CAREGiver!

We provide our clients with a range of services that promote independence and wellbeing.  Daily living tasks could involve helping someone in and out of the shower, making them nutritious meals, assisting them with some light housework around the home or prompting with medication to name a few tasks. 

A really important element of our care is providing companionship to those who live alone.  Having a friendly face that pops by regularly for a cuppa and a chat, or to support them with their interests and hobbies can really brighten their day. 

What you can expect from us

We think it’s important to invest in our caregivers.  We’re committed to providing ongoing training and development.  We not only want to attract great people into the business, but we want to keep you!

From the moment you join the team, you’ll be provided with specialist training – developing your knowledge and giving you all the skills you need. 
Structured training is provided both virtually (whilst under Covid guidelines) and ‘hands-on’ in a working environment.  There are also lots of ongoing development opportunities including the chance to gain QCF Level 2.

As a new CAREGiver, you’ll never be sent out on your own when you start.  Instead, you’ll be paired with experienced CAREGivers who can offer you full mentoring and support, until you feel confident.   We also introduce new CAREGivers to clients before you provide care to them – this works for both parties so you each know who and what to expect from the visit.   

We believe it’s important to have the right building blocks in place from Day 1 – we want you to enjoy your role and to thrive in your career as a CAREGiver.
